Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) also known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), is a physical condition which is most often very painful and debilitating. RSD/CRPS is a neurological condition, where the pain receptors stop filtering messages sent to the brain for that particular area, for example an arm. This means that any sensation can feel like every sensation possible, all at the same time. It is most common for the affected area to be a limb, however in can affect any part of the body, including face and internal organs.
